Sutcliffe's Goldens and Goats is basically a hobby farm or farmette in "the works" that is located in the country near Mazomanie, Wisconsin. We currently raise fainting goats and golden retrievers. We are very involved in our local FFA Chapter and showing at the Dane County Fair. We have been raising quality goldens for 14 years and fainters for about 5 years now.
Kidding season looks to be over for this part of the year and I am now looking for prospective homes for the new arrivals. See the Sale Page for more details on each goat.

ATTENTION: Canidae Dog Food Changed Their Package!
We have been supporters of the Canidae dog food company for a couple of years now. But, just recently, it has come to my attention that the owners have changed the looks and composition of the Canidae dog food in October 2008. This has caused problems for many people including ourselves. Our golden retrievers had diarrhea and became very sick when this change happened. Obviously, this is due to the fact that Canidae has switched it's products. I am only saying this so that other people are fairly warned.

If you are using Canidae at this time, I would highly recommend that you change to a different dog food. There are many other healthy brands out there including but, not limited to: Fromm, Natural Balance, Wellness, Merrick, Evo, Innova, Eagle Pack, Eagle Pack Holistic Select, California Natural, American Natural Premium, Solid Gold, et cetera.

2)Natural Balance: great dog food and even better treats!
3)Precise: another great brand of dog food!

As you will see we try to bomb-proof all of our animals. The dogs are not allowed to growl at someone(especially when they are eating), our goats rarely faint anymore and our llama is practically a lamb. We believe that is only necessary.
